I have often been the person that is asked to take on the difficult projects: clients who needed a restart, departments in disarray after a manager departed, projects behind their completion date or starting a brand new project that no one had done before.
I love the challenge to my creativity and helping to find new answers with the help of the creativity of my team. My experience working with people to achieve our best together helps turn around even the most difficult of projects. That being said, a smooth running team from a great predecessor has its own challenges and I am up for it.
